Marathon

Just completed my 4th marathon on 2 Dec 2007 in a time of 5 hr 31 min 7 sec which is a PB. Hopefully next year I can go sub 5 hrs.

So what do you mean by thinking in the right way? Thinking in the right way has to do with not harming anything when executed in reality. Sound simple but not easy to execute, human tend to do many wrongs before they finally get it right.
