The Wallich Residence units in Singapore down town are asking too much, overpriced! Who would pay S$100million for a penthouse with only 92.5 years left ? You can buy 3 good class freehold detach house with this amount. Whoever buy must be a billionaire who has too much money.

SpaceX is targeting to launch the 4th IFT of Starship today 6 June 2024 at 8.50 am ET. We hope to see the first stage reach a soft landing or splash down in the Gulf of Mexico and the Starship simulate a landing in the Indian Ocean if everything goes according to plan.
