SpaceX First Stage B1046.1

Spacex launched its first Falcon 9 Rocket with the new block 5 first stage configuration on 11 May 2018, with boaster B1046.1. Theotically, this should be the 59th Falcon 9 first stage
boaster Rocket, but before B1001, it was numbered B0001-0007. But, 1 or 2 unit number were skipped in between the boasters.

So, if the boaster is on a first flight, it is example, B1048.1. So the first block 5 boaster is the B1046.1, which Spacex is taking apart in detailed to determine how well it held during the launch. The curious thing for all the people interested in the reusable rocket is how far the sequence number of 1 boaster can get up to ? B1046.3 will create history in the launch history of SpaceX, the Space Launch industry or mankind, as it will be the first time that a same boaster has been flown 3 times in actual space launch of a payload to orbit!

SpaceX is in fact so far ahead of the rest of the pact, if anyone want to associate the rest of the industry on the same level as SpaceX.

If you look at the statistics, 14 Falcon 9 first stage boasters has flown twice out of 21 recovered first stages and 27 first stage boasters have successfully landed on land or on the 2 drone ships out of 33 attempted landings. No other company or even government or international collaborative effort has anything close to 1 actual reuse of a rocket.

Superbly well done, Elon Musk and SpaceX!
