Why is Singapore not building one ?

It can help to boost standard of athletics, in the warm weather country.

SpaceX Starship flight 9 results

SpaceX completed flight 9, with a reused booster and many considered a partial success. The booster successfully reached stage separation and a successful boost back but did complete the soft landing at sea. The Starship reached suborbital but also disassembled upon re-entry.
