SpaceX First mission of 2019 completed

SpaceX launched the first mission of the year 2019 at 7.31 am local time Vandanberg AFB. The Falcon 9 with block 5 boaster B1049.2 successfully lifted 10 Iridium Next-8 satellites totalling 9600kg to LEO polar orbit. This is the final and 8th launches for Iridium over the past 2 years, deploying 75 satellites in total.

The first stage made a successful 2nd landing on the drone ship OCISLU in the Pacific Ocean, the 33rd successful landing for the company out of 40. This same boaster landed the First time on 10 Sep 2018.
