The Infinite World

 SpaceX continues to lead the world in space launches, 165 Falcon 9 launches! This record would likely be broken in 2026 and hopefully SpaceX Starship can achieve a satellite launch as well in 2026!

It’s time to start a space recycle station, to pick up the used satellites, expanded rockets or any metal pieces that can be found floating around Earth. With the launch of satellites constellation such as Starlink, it would be great to recycle such metal objects rather than let it burn up on reentry into Earth atmosphere.  Along it can be a factory to build new satellite or spacecraft in orbit. It’s time to really reuse such materials in space rather then the current practice of launching new spacecraft from earth and let the old machines to burn up on reentry. Of course, there are logistical task to complete before the recycling can start to take place. To begin with a sizeable spacecraft would be needed to perform such a task and a permanent crew would be needed.

At 3.42am, 7 Dec 2025 Sunday, I took a grab ride to Suntec city to join the SCSM 2025 marathon. I arrived just in time to deposit my bag at the F1 pit, entered my start pen E at 4.31am. As usual, the elite runners started at the front at 4.20am. It looks to me like a huge crowd and spirit was high and weather was good, cooling in the early morning. Pen E managed to start the race at 4.50am.  The start was the usual route towards the beach road golden mile area then towards the merdeka bridge towards national stadium. I just run along my usual slow run with the pack, tried my best to snaked my way when those in front are really slow. It got to a point where I was trying to run faster and faster when the body feels good. But, I always tell myself that it’s going to be a long way and never allowed myself to go below 6.30 pace. I reached the 10 km mark around the OUE Bayfront, it was around 1hour 5 min plus. It was not too bad as I was struggling to hit such time during my training run...

SpaceX has successfully launched 130 times up to 16 Oct 2025, excluding Starship test flights. It looks like another record breaking year for SpaceX, they are leading the world by a huge margin. 

Tactical race proved to be a killer for the world top long distance runners, as in the men’s 10000m race. The Kenyan and Ethiopian did not win medals, they ran too conservatively and did not have enough speed at the deciding last bit of the race. They need to stretch the not so fast athletes earlier, maybe with 2 laps to go, to make them tired out earlier, so that they are not in the right shape to sprint the last 100metres. A lesson for the runners from the 2 distance running powerhouse, try not to compete with speed at the end, run faster on average in the earlier part to tired out the not so elite runners. I believed the same apply for the 3000m steeplechase race, but it’s a much shorter race, so need to fine tune their strategies.

One day living homo sapien suddenly realised that whatever that is outside Earth are all fake!  Somebody just painted the universe on a piece of paper, maybe it’s real to the end of plato only!  There are tonnes of material written about distant worlds, but ironically human has never even explored anywhere else except the moon. How human convinced themselves what the other said is real is puzzling at most. A lot of unknown facts but they are winning prizes!

There are only 2 apparently empty units in at the Lentor TEL mrt station, 1 was a Cheers store that opened for like 3 months and then shut down till now28 July 2025. The Cheers store was shut for more than 2 years, but the Store signboard is till there.  It’s either the mismanagement of retail space by the whoever own the store or the owner of the store do not need the profit from the rental at all. The station was built by the government and who operate the store, the answer is obvious.  There is not a single convenient store within a 500m radius of this store, so there’s definitely money to be made. It’s either the rental is so high that no business is willing to take the risk to setup store or no one care to make the shop lot useful to serve the residents living nearby.  Why so spent so much to build but leave it empty for years??

 SpaceX has completed 90 launches up to 23 July 2025, they have out done all countries including their own!! But, the rest of the world is not catching up, they would open up the winning distance by a lot more by year end! Not to worry, human are typically slow, as they have too much personal goal to achieve that is much more important to them! Human is able to put up pay load to space at a greater speed than ever before, thanks to the incredible speed that SpaceX can turnover!  Human has all the time in the world, as the aliens are not coming to a planet that inhabitants kept trying to kill each other over and over again!

SpaceX completed flight 9, with a reused booster and many considered a partial success. The booster successfully reached stage separation and a successful boost back but did complete the soft landing at sea. The Starship reached suborbital but also disassembled upon re-entry.

 SpaceX has completed 57 launches as of 13 May 2025, on the way to another record breaking year! All the way SpaceX, you are on the way to Mars soon !

Human behaviour are closely tied to their behaviour, but they have limited ability to change their behaviour. Why? Because they are born with bad inert leaning ability, easily influenced by the devils in themselves. They need to be guided to move in the right direction, such as not hurting others, not to be greedy etc. Until one day, when they learn to live at peace with each other, they need to recognise that all of them need the same basic needs and there are enough to go around if they are not greedy! The world need to behave in a way that they do not hurt each other, especially the so called leaders. Those at the top are the ones with agenda, that lead the crowd to suffer for no logical reasons. The lack of trust among human, lead to all negotiations failing and the suffering continues!

 Keeping Time is closely linked to everything that exists in our world, not sure about those outside our little world.  It gives perspective to our current state of existence, it helps to keep things that happened in the past and future, by giving it a place with a timeline.  The second adds up, 60 seconds in 1 minute, 3600 seconds in 1 hour, 86400 seconds in 1 day, 31,536,000 in 1 year. Keeping time is important to all that exists in our world!

8 billion is a lot of money to spend on 3 advanced warships, this money probably can buy 12 or 14 capable ships in less than 10 years!  A naval program that takes 15-20 years to complete is not meaningful anymore, the advancement during made during this period in modern era would make the ships obsolete! Decision makers are not thinking right, things become obsolete in a much faster pace than anyone can imagined. 

My marathon PB was run at a pace of 6min48.72sec, back in Dec 2014. It’s not fast at all, but I having a hard time trying to better it in the last 10 years! Why? What is the reason?  Because I am not discipline enough to do all the necessary long run during the 3 months before the actual marathon run. I need to hit the 4 times 32km run just before the race and also the weekly half marathon or 22 to 23 km run 2 months before the 4 times 32 Km runs.  The training is to prepare the body to be accustomed to running long distances   at a certain pace, so that you can replicate the same effort during the actual marathon run.

The RXN JMMS ship has been talked about for maybe the last 10 or more years, but there is still no official announcement yet till today 11 Jan 2025.  A lot of people are curious about the details of the ship, how much bigger will the new ship than the current ones in service? Will it have a through deck for aircraft? Of course it would be better to have a through deck like an aircraft carrier, but hopefully something different from the conventional design where you have a tower in the middle side of the ship!  Hopefully it would be like at the rear end of the ship where you can see the whole deck operation! Anything bigger than 200 metre would be a thumbs up, it make little sense and a waste of material and effort to build a smaller ship! The country itself is so small and without any hinterland to say at all, it make sense to have a movable platform to at least keep some hardware away from any possible enemies!
