15.26km run on 13 July 2013 Saturday
Run 15.26km in 1hr38min33sec, a slow mid distance run ahead of tomorrow longer run. Started late today at 8.20am, luckily the weather was good, overcast with little sunlight, allowing a cool comfortable run. Just trying to tune up the body, although running twice a week on weekends does. It help much. Ran the 1st few km really slow like 6.30-6.50 per km pace, reaching 7km in 46.40, only covered 8.87km in 1 hr. Finally reached 10km in 1hr7min8sec, and from there increased my pace to 6:10, 5:58, 5:38,5:50 and finished with a 6:15 last km. Really need to find time to put in a weekday run to up my mileage.
