Leaders should stop manipulating followers!

Humans’ action is based on how their mind are being influenced, no such thing as a “free will”! Usually, their thoughts are being bombarded with ideals from their leaders, the power hungry ones. They are being manipulated everyday by such people who want them to think that they are doing great things to benefit the masses. But, many know this is not true! Humans created most of their own suffering, by being ignorant, selfish, power hungry and the list goes on. Humans is the only living things to go to extreme to kill each other.  If humans can think logically, they can reduce their problems by many times, but the leaders of different countries do not have a similar goals, that is to live in peace. Well, it will take a long time or they might never even achieve this goal! The resources that human wasted on defences could have brought them to Mars 30 years ago, but their selfish nature just trapped them in a vicious cycle of fighting that will never end if they do not wake up

Military Hardware Obsolete Before Live!

Change is rapid in our current world, but procurement programs are still sticking to the old mindset! Military programs usually take a long time to go live, anything that take 5 years to go into service is already obsolete by then. Why spent billions to build something that has already fallen behind when entering service! Anyway, human need to change their mindset, from fighting each other, to instead advancing their civilisation by getting rid of dominating mentally.

DNF at SCSM 9 Dec 2018

I did not finish at the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon this morning 9 Dec 2018, dropped out at about 19.3km, 2 hour 33min 11 sec into the run. It would have been my 8th consecutive SCSM, will try again next year.

SpaceX achieved 20 Flights Todate in 2018

SpaceX 20 flights in 2018 todate is a great achievement by any standard of measurement in human history! People forget that SpaceX is just a private corporation, even countries in the advanced economies cannot achieve what it has accomplished! It can go even further or faster if it do not have to be hampered by the regulating bodies or the government.

SpaceX Record 19th Launch 2018

SpaceX broke a number of records with its 19th launch of the year, it made 18 launches in 2017. This  is the most ever total number of satellites deployed from a single launch from the USA and this is also the first time a first stage has been launched and recovered 3 times. This is also the 100th space mission attempted in 2018, of which 97 were successful.

99 year land lease only benefit the Government

Government in a democratic country is elected by the citizens of the country. Why should land belong to the government? When you buy a 99 year lease flat, you need to take a bank loan and pay down the load over a period of 20 to 30 years. At the same time, you have to pay property tax. At the end of the 99 years, it goes back to the government without compensation. If you live long enough, then you either buy a new flat or rent a flat. If you buy a old house, you pay the price in accordance to the market value of the flat, which is the remaining value of the lease. Why should the land revert back to the government? Perhaps, it’s time to convert all lease to freehold, then at least the owner can pass on the flat to their off springs. At least, what they work their life to buy, can be passed on to their children and not back to the government. Then, there is no fear that value of their flats will disappear as the lease approaches expiry. People worked their life away and give it all b

Human need to put aside differences

Human beings need to recognise that people treasure their different ways, each can do things their own ways, as long as they do not impose on others. The important thing is to not take advantage of others, or harm others.

Soyuz FG failure 11 Oct 2018

Soyuz FG launch failure on 11 Oct 2018, demonstrated the current primitive status of human space travel technology! People are talking about leaving the ISS empty, as the return port is only valid for flight up to Jan 2019. What a joke, 60 years of space flight and human is still struggling to get a fellow astronaut to space. All money spent on rocket and spacecraft seemed lost now, human is not confident of getting to space safely.

3rd flight of a Falcon 9 Block 5 First stage

History will be made when SpaceX fly the same Falcon 9 block 5 first stage for a 3rd time. So far, no Falcon 9 first stage ever fly a 3rd time, this is going to be milestone for SpaceX when it happened!

SpaceX 17th Launch of 2018

SpaceX successfully launched and deployed the Saocom 1A satellite, today 7 Oct 2018, 7.21 pm local time. The launch took place from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California on the 17th mission of 2018. The block 5 first stage successfully landed on a pad a short distance from the launch site, the first landing on the US west coast.

Chicago Marathon 2018

Mo Farah of United Kingdom won the 2018 Chicago Marathon in 2:05:11, Mosinet Geremew Boyih of Ethiopia finished 2nd in 2:05:24 and Suguru Osako finished 3rd in 2:05:50. Farah set a new national and European record, also a new personal best in his 3rd marathon. Suguru also set a new national record and will collect a 100million yen bonus from a local incentive scheme. Galen Rupp of the USA finished fifth in 2:06:21.

If the Black Arrow programme was not cancelled!

The United Kingdom is probably the only country that has managed to successfully launched a satellite with its own Black Arrow rocket, but cancelled it in 1971 to cut cost. UK launched the “Prospero” satellite on 28 Oct 1971 with the Black Arrow, but cancelled it in favour of American rocket to save cost. Imagine what would the UK space industry be liked if the programme continues after the fourth launch? Perhaps there would be a UK space station in operation manned by UK astronauts! What if ? This goes to show that the people in the highest management of a country often made grave mistakes!

Genting Dream 26 Sep 2018

Genting Dream is the first ultra large cruise ship of Dream Cruise, part of the Genting Group.  This is the first time I went on board such a huge ship. It is 335.33m or 1,100feet 2 Inches long with beam of 39.7m and weigh 150,695 gross ton. It was built in Germany, and made its maiden voyage on 4 Nov 2016. It can carry up to 3,352 passengers and 1,999 crew members. There are many ships of such sizes nowadays, but you would most likely be impressed by their immense size and facilities on board. It is truly a floating city, only to be refuelled and maintain to keep going.

New Marathon World Record Eliud

Eliud Kipchoge of Kenya set a new world record of 2hour 1min 39 second at the Berlin marathon on 16 Sep 2018 Sunday. He ran the last 2.195km in 6min 7 sec. It will take a few years for anyone to break this record. This just took place about 15min ago.

SpaceX completed 16th mission of 2018

SpaceX completed its 16 mission of 2018, on the 10 of Sep 2018. The payload was a 7 tonnes Telstar 18 satellite to geostationary orbit. The v1.2 block 5 first stage successfully landed on OCISLU stationed off Florida in the Atlantic Ocean. This is also the 60th successful Falcon 9 launch out of a total of 62 launches.

SpaceX 16th mission of 2018

SpaceX 62nd Falcon 9 Rocket mission is taking place on 9 Sep 2018, with block 5 first stage B1049.

Government should never be Elitist

Most governments are elitist, if not you will not be in the government. Many people think they are very capable and are in a different category. Being a elite is not wrong, but when you abused your position and power, then is is very wronged.

Difficult to control the Mind

How do you define the ‘mind’ ? If you think about the word ‘mind’, you are already using your mind. So the mind it’s the concept or the human software to give meaning to words, things, and how human link all these different elements together. It also define how human acts or carry out their livelihood in reality. It’s sound simple but it’s a quite a intricate process. It’s the consciousness that is difficult to replicate, artificial intelligence will not be able to articulate this process that each human being is capable of. Controlling how you turn thoughts into actions is also difficult, especially avoiding the evil thoughts. The world is what it is due to good or bad thinking, which is link to what happens within your mind! Human need to learn how to control turning evil thoughts into actions, which determines what happens around the world.

Space Governing Body is hindering progress

Going to space is a dangerous business, there is a great deal of inherent risk involved. But, it is made worse by governing body, in the name of protecting astronauts’ lives. I think government worldwide kill more than they protect. We need to take a lot of risk if human wants to really go beyond our solar system. If you think about it more people are killed on the road everyday than the total number of astronauts who lost their lives going to space since the start of space exploration. No risk no gain, anyway human kind is not going anywhere further than the moon if they do not want to take the risk to do it.

SpaceX Completed 15th Launch of 2018

SpaceX launched its Falcon 9 Rocket today 7 Aug 2018 at 1.18am, with the first reuse of block 5 1S B1046.1 from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. The payload is Indonesia satellites Merah Putih, to geostationary orbit. About 8 minutes later, B1046.2 landed on OCISLU in the Atlantic Ocean, the 28th successful landing of a Falcon 9 first stage.

SpaceX First Stage B1046.1

Spacex launched its first Falcon 9 Rocket with the new block 5 first stage configuration on 11 May 2018, with boaster B1046.1. Theotically, this should be the 59th Falcon 9 first stage boaster Rocket, but before B1001, it was numbered B0001-0007. But, 1 or 2 unit number were skipped in between the boasters. So, if the boaster is on a first flight, it is example, B1048.1. So the first block 5 boaster is the B1046.1, which Spacex is taking apart in detailed to determine how well it held during the launch. The curious thing for all the people interested in the reusable rocket is how far the sequence number of 1 boaster can get up to ? B1046.3 will create history in the launch history of SpaceX, the Space Launch industry or mankind, as it will be the first time that a same boaster has been flown 3 times in actual space launch of a payload to orbit! SpaceX is in fact so far ahead of the rest of the pact, if anyone want to associate the rest of the industry on the same level as SpaceX.

Completed 14th Launch SpaceX

SpaceX completed the 14th launch of 2018, ignition of the Merlin engines took placed at 4.39 am PDT 25 July 2018 at the Vandenberg AFB, California. The 3rd Falcon 9 block 5 launched 10 Iridium satellites just about an hour after launch. The first stage also made a landing on the drone ship off the California coast.

SpaceX 14th launch 2018

Taking place 25 July 2018 Wednesday from Vandenberg AFB, California, 7.39 am local time. The 3rd block 5 Falcon 9 Rocket, with 10 Iridium communication satellites.

Is the human race an advanced race ?

There are many who thinks that how can you call yourself an advance race if you only know your own planet ? I do not think anyone can disagree with the point! Any other living beings who can come to Earth will definitely possess far advance technology! Human can hardly get out of the atmosphere! Maybe human should try to get to the moon and back more frequently to master space technology. So the simple answer is No, the human race is not an advanced race!

SpaceX 13th launch 2018 Completed

SpaceX completed the 13th launch of 2018, the 2nd launch of the block 5 Falcon 9 first stage at 1.50am EDT from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. Approximately 9 minutes later, the Falcon 9 first stage landed on “Of Course I Still Love You” off the coast of Florida. The payload is a satellite belonging to the Canadian company Telesat.

SpaceX 13th Launch of 2018

SpaceX 13th launch taking place 22 July 2018 from Florida early morning!

China Opens up Private Space launch

One Space Technologies, a private Chinese company launched a test rocket in May 2018 to an attitude of 25 miles and traveling 170 km down range. This launch kick start the private space launch market in China. This is a solid fuel rocket which is much easier to handle than liquid fuelled rocket and is expected to cater to the market for small satellites.

Spacex 12th launch of 2018

SpaceX has just completed its 12th mission of the year 2018, with CRS-15 re-supply mission for NASA to the International Space Station. This is the last Falcon 9 block 4 to be launched, and all future boasters will be block 5 version. This first stage will be expended and splashed into the Atlantic Ocean.

Electron Rocket by Rocket Lab

Electron Rocket is currently loading LOX fuel at its launch pad in New Zealand for its 3rd launch ever. It’s called “Its Business Time” and its a real commercial launch. The company is targeting business in the small satellites arena and hoping to offer frequent launches in the future. The targeted launch time is NZT 14:10.

Asking too much for Wallich Residence penthouse

The Wallich Residence units in Singapore down town are asking too much, overpriced! Who would pay S$100million for a penthouse with only 92.5 years left ? You can buy 3 good class freehold detach house with this amount. Whoever buy must be a billionaire who has too much money.

How to make people think in the right way

Everyone, or almost everyone has the ability to think, so what is thinking? Thinking can be described as visualising things or event as you would like it to be, it would become real when you actually execute the action in your everyday life. So what do you mean by thinking in the right way? Thinking in the right way has to do with not harming anything when executed in reality. Sound simple but not easy to execute, human tend to do many wrongs before they finally get it right. Another hurdle to overcome is the evil in the mind, which very often defeat the good side of human beings. It takes alot of determination to remain good and do good all the time.

SpaceX 11th launch of 2018

SpaceX completed the 11th launch of 2018 with a block 4 first stage without recovery. The payload was a SES satellite to geo stationery orbit. It was the 55th Falcon 9 mission since the first was launched from the same pad 8 years ago in Florida.

Who created human ?

This is a fundamental question that has many answers, because everyone wish to hear the answer they want to hear! Actually, no one has the answer. It’s a question that is impossible to answer.

If human can live in peace together

Imagine how nice it would be if all human on earth can really live together in peace, no killing each other, no stealing and no power struggle. Just one global family regardless of race, religion and whatever differences! But, it is difficult for human to tame their vulnerable mind, the dark side always seems to have an edge! It will take time and success is not guaranteed. In fact, it’s almost impossible to suppress the dark side, this is where the military force suppose to be called upon.

SpaceX 10th Launch of 2018

SpaceX 10th launch of 2018 today 22 May 2018 in 3 hours, from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California at 3.47pm. The payload is the Iridium Next 51-55 Communication satellites and 2 Gravity Recovery and Climate follow on satellite for NASA and German Research Centre for Geosciences.

Yuki ran a 71km in 4hour41min

Yuki Kawauchi ran the longest race in his career, 71km and broke the course record at the Nobeyama Ultra marathon in Japan on a Sunday morning, 20 May 2018. Time 4hours41min55sec, the next runner was half an hour behind.

Falcon 9 First Block 5 first launch

SpaceX is scheduled to launch the first block 5 Falcon 9 first stage today 11 May 2018 at 4.14 pm eastern time from KSC, Florida. The most updated version first stage is supposed to be able to launch  or reuse up to 10 times with minimum touch up. If the reusability is successful, space launch cost could be greatly reduced!

Small Countries can expand without limit in Space

There is unthinkable amount of space in Space beyond Earth, no need to fight for space. But, you need to bring everything you need, or you need to mine any rock you encountered or the moon or create new materials to build your space habitat. It might seems impossible but it can be done with lots of try and error and lots of practice. It’s difficult to the human as they are greedy for power and cannot work together peacefully. They are just so afraid that the other party will take advantage of them if they let their guts down. Maybe, small countries should think about this option to expand their frontiers.

Income 350 Run 2018 Result

I completed the 21.1 km Income Eco Run on 29 April 2018, Sunday. I started near the end of the second wave at 5.13am, my left leg was hurting a little before the run, I think it’s due a affected nerve. I had a spray from the crew before the start and I tried my best to really take it easy. It did not affect me much for the first 5 km, reached 5km in 32min30sec but I kept fearing that the pain could get worse. I did not run any faster than 6.30 per km, although it is not the pain that held me back. It was not a good feeling to run with the niggling pain, it was a good training to be persistent in wanting to complete the run with such a pain obstacle. I finally finished with a net time of 2hour28mim48sec. I told myself that I would rather be clocking 7min plus km by running slow then to clock 10min plus per km if I had walked a few km.

No Limit

Eliud Kichoge is correct, no human is limited. Human is not limited and can do much more. It depends on how much you really want to achieve something! Human should always push themselves to go further and beyond the unknown territory.

SpaceX 8th Launch of 2018

SpaceX 8th launch of 2018 took place evening of 18 April 2018, 6:51 pm EST, the mission is ongoing and being webcast live as usual. The TESS satellite is own by NASA and is currently in the cruise phase to a geostationary orbit. The first stage has successfully landed on the drone ship OCISLY about 300 km off the coast of Florida, the 24th successful landing. The 53rd Falcon rocket and the 52nd Falcon 9 launch.

Yuki Kawauch won Boston Marathon 2018

Yuki Kawauchi came in 1st at the Boston Marathon 2018, 16 April, in 2 hours 15minutes 58 seconds, the last Japanese man to win was in 1987, Toshihiko Seko. Amazing race for Yuki, the bad weather win it for him, as he is not afraid of the cold weather. He is really becoming a legend, his 79 sub 2:20 marathon! He breached a gap of over 90 secs and won by 2 minutes 25 seconds over Kenyan Geoffrey Kirui.

Income 350 Run 29 April 2018

I will be running the 21.1km at the Income 350 run on 29 April 2018, at 5am. I have not run a half marathon officially since Feb 2013, but I am expecting a sub 2hr10min. Not sure if I am able to achieve this timing, as I am a little taken back as I struggled a lot during my 18.12 km run on Saturday 14 April 2018. I guess I better fuelled my body properly before the run, to ensure I have sufficient energy to complete the run.

18.12km run 14 Apr 2018 Saturday

Started my run this morning at 7.09 am sg time, from Yio Chu Kang Road just before junction with Ang Mo Kio Ave 4.The first km was slow at 7:11 per km. I ran pass YCK Mrt station, then NYP along AMK ave 5 to buangkok green. It was a really a struggle today for me, legs was feeling heavy and I ran at a slow speed just to get in some mileage. Although I was slow today, none of the subsequent km exceed 7 min. The 2nd km was 6:42, follow by 6:50, 6:33, 6:31, reached the 5km mark in 33min36sec. I entered the Sengkang park connector around the 6km mark, from here I was able to run faster and managed to get down to around 6 min or low 6 min. But mostly hovering around 6:20 per km. My aim today was to get back to running longer distance of up to around 20km. I reached the Punggol Waterway point around 1hr 8min 56 sec, aroun 10.52km, this is where I turnaround to head back to where I started. All went well until I came back out to the start of the park connector, the heat was getting t

Manned Mission to Mars - How soon ?

Admit it, a manned mission to Mars is a tough one to achieved. You need a reasonably big ship to carry fuel, air, food and man himself. Once you set off, a thousand things can go wrong. A failed communication system will caused panic, as the crew will be totally cut off, imagined if you are 20 million km away from Earth. Or a failed engine, you will drift in space. I think it’s best to first practice in near Earth space to build the expertise and experience needed to survive in space. It would be a great achievement for man if we succeeded to reach Mars before 1 Jan 2030!

SpaceX achieved 6 launch in 3 months

SpaceX has achieved 6 launches in 3 months of the year 2018, a healthy cadence. The next launch is scheduled for 2 April 2018. Can SpaceX break its record of 18 launches achieved in 2017 ?

Fairings Recovery

The so call fairings are the covering for the payload on a rocket into space. Instead of falling away from the main final stage vehicle, it could perhaps be made to open up like a shell for payload launch and close up after payload launch. It could then be separated from the single Merlin engine and fall back into the atmosphere and slow down by firing thrusters already built into the fairings before falling into the net on Mr Steven.

Yuki Kawauchi awarded Guiness World Record

Japanese amateur runner Yuki Kawauchi was awarded the Guinness world record for achieving the most sub 2hr20min marathon by anyone on Earth on 25 Mar 2018 at his home town Kuki. He has achieved 78 sub 2:20 with the latest at the 18 Mar 2018 Wan Jin Shi Taipei marathon.

10.36km run on 24 Mar 2018 Saturday

Just completed a 10.36km run in 1hr00min14sec, from yck to Bishsn Park 2 loops. My second run in my new Adidas Boston 6M(green), I must say it feels quite stable and smooth, the cushion feel sufficient for me. My 3rd pair of Boston, I still using a old 5M and another 6M. I need to hold my run at around 5:50 for up to 12km and more. I am at 269km for the year.

11.5 km run on 13 Mar 2018

Start the run at about 8.21pm from junction of Yio chu kang road and AMK ave 4, I was really slow about 8min plus per km and slowly worked my way up to a 7:14 first km. Ran along YCK road and took a left to upper Thomson road to bishan park. My pace picked up from here, I ran along the park and this is the first time I went all the way to the other end of the park near the mrt depot and back. Total distance covered was 11.5km in 1hr10min7sec! Another run to clock some mileage.

17.58 km Run on 3 Mar 2018

Started the run at 7.26am on 3 Mar 2018, Saturday from Yio Chu Kang Road via Ang Mo Kio Ave 5 to Buangkok Green, Sengkang park connector till Punggol water terraces and back to start point. I was feeling apprehensive if I could complete a 20 km run. Started slow as usual but I was consious to not let my pace becoming too slow. I tried to keep it below 6:15 per km and surprisingly my body keep up and I was below the 6min mark most of the time. Eventually, I finished 17.58 km in 1hr42min43sec, averaging about 5:51 per km. I took a short water break and slow run 3.04 km back home in about 20min. I finally understood why a strong core will help runners, a constant steps turnover at your own strike length. A stronger core will help runners to maintain a higher step turnover.

SpaceX 4th Launch of 2018

SpaceX completed the company 4th launch of the year by dispatching the PAZ satellite for Spain’s military plus 2 micro satellites of its own and the first attempt to recover the fairings used to protect the payload on the second stage. The fairings was fitted with chutes to slow down its descent and trusted to stirred it to a special ship it deployed called Mr Steven which was equipped with 4 arms and a net to try catch the fairings. This is another step towards full reusability and could saved a couple more millions on each launch.

Elon’s Roadsters in Space

Today, 6 Feb 2018 Tuesday, is a almost a perfect day for SpaceX ! The Falcon Heavy rocket made a successful maiden flight into space, with none other than Elon’s old Roadsters on a possible billion years journey around the Sun. The rocket lifted off at 20:45 UTC, with a interim configuration of 2 used side boasters and a new core rockets, with all 27 Merlin 1D engines producing 2,128 tonnes of thrust at liftoff. The 2 side boasters separated at 2min33sec, with the central core continuing for another 25sec before separating from the second stage. The second stage ignited at 3min 15sec and shut down at 8min31sec to park it in a temporary orbit. The second stage was scheduled to reignite at 28min22sec and lasting 30 sec to push it into its intended orbit. The 2 side boosters performed 3 engines boost back and re-entry burn and landed successfully at landing zone 1 and 2 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. The central core failed to ignite 2 of its 3 engine required and slam

17km run on 27 Jan 2018 Saturday

Woke up late this Saturday morning, about 8 am but I managed to get my run done. I completed a 17.07km run to the Seletar East Link, via Lentor Ave and Yishun Ave 1, took me 1hr47min34sec. It was a slow run and I struggled quite a bit at during the first few km, but it got better towards the later part of the run.

What if there is a meteorite strike now?

If there is a meteorite strike now, human will go extinct. Human is taking it all too casually, no large accommodation or spacecraft at all that can take them to a new home. Humans’ level of space technology is just primitive, experimental stage at most. Probably maybe a handful of them will get to space if something catastrophic happen to Earth now, but they will maybe survive  for a couple of months at most. All busy fighting each other, no time to explore beyond Earth, no wonder aliens are not interested in this planet!

Falcon Heavy Static firing completed

The static firing of all the 27 engines were completed on 24 Jan 2018, next the actual launch should take place pretty soon.

21.16km run on 20 Jan 2018 Saturday

Completed a 21.16km run in 2hr16min25sec this morning. From the 3km mark onwards, I decided not to look at my watch anymore and just run. Did not feel too good at the beginning, felt like I was dragging my legs but I tried my best to relax and just keep running. Although I was not running fast, I managed to just keep running. My running has not been going in the right direction, not improving much at all. I need to be more desciplined, sleep more and eat the right food will help.

11.13km Run on 14 Jan 2018 Sunday

Covered 11.13km in 1hr5min37sec on 14 Jan 2018. Felt ok but seemed like I could not run much faster, I attribute it to the fact that I am a little overweight. Need to work to maintain a optimum weight to improve running efficiency. 5th run of the year.

A I Threat to Humanity

It can wipe us out if it gets out of hand falling into the Dark side ! It will exceed us in all aspects!

SpaceX Falcon Heavy End Jan 2018

SpaceX Falcon Heavy first Launch in a few weeks time will be epic as many are calling it, especially if they pull it through successfully! Elon is putting in his original Tesla Roadster as a test load, playing space oddity on a billion mile elliptic Mars orbit. It would be a monumental achievement if the Falcon Heavy Launch successfully, deployed the Roadster and land all 3 first stages safely ! I guess many would want to see this happen, it would indeed trigger the sort of a new space age for planet Earth!

SpaceX Completed First mission of 2018

Spacex successfully completed its first mission of 2018 in a night launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force station on 7 Jan 2018. It’s a secretive government satellite from an unknown agency! The first stage landed back at landing zone 1 after 8 minutes. Can SpaceX exceed 18 launches in 2018 ?

17.2km run on 6 Jan 2018 Saturday

Completed a 17.2km run this morning in 1hr42min38sec, from yio chu kang to Punggol Safra, end at start of sengkang park connector.

SpaceX 1st Launch of 2018

SpaceX is scheduled to launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Base, Florida this Friday 5 Jan 2018. This is the Zuma mission for the US Government, which has been delayed from December. This is now delayed to 7 Jan 2018 due to weather conditions.

Yuki Kawauchi Achieved Sub 2:20 World Record

Yuki Kawauchi now has all the world records from most sub 2:12 to sub 2:20 marathon, with his latest sub 2:20 at the Marshfield Road Runners New Year Marathon on 1 Jan 2018. Yuki finished the marathon alone in 2hr18min59sec in temperatures as low as minus 21 Celsius.
